ME, MYSELF AND I
Hello French people. My name is Mads Graves Petersen. I am 17 years old, and I am a student at Vordingborg gymnasium. I live in Nyråd, which is a small town on the outskirts of Vordingborg. The distances are very small where I live, so my school is only a bike ride away. My class is actually two classes. One half is a “Frenchclass”. They have chosen French as their main subject besides their obligatory classes. The other half has chosen music. That’s my part of the class. I play the piano, the guitar and a little bit of saxophone. My favourite music is jazz. In spite the fact that we are two different classes, we are working together like one. Of course we have to be separated sometimes, but most of the time we are like one big class. And to be honest it is one hell of a class. Last year we got the award “class of the year”, and that prize was well deserved. We are really united and we always have a lot of fun mo matter what we are doing. But you will see for yourself, of course. When I’m not doing homework or am in school, I like to spend time with my friends. Mostly it means playing music or football. Almost all of my friends are musicians just like myself, so of course we can’t stop talking music or playing together. But sometimes even musicians need a break from the music, and then there is no better thing to do than get together and play a good game of football. My family is a typical average Danish family. Two kids and a small house. The other kid in my family is my sister. She is two years younger than me, but we get along very well. I am looking forward to seeing you guys. Be prepared, my French is terrible.
