Anders DithmarsenHello. My name is Anders. I am a 17-year-old boy from Vordingborg in Denmark. I live at home with my parents down in the basement. It’s quite nice because I can then get some time to myself in quiet and peace whenever I want. And it is often, because I need some rest and peace after a hard day in school and at my job. By the way I work as an errand boy for a firm of lawyers and I’ve been doing it for about three years now, I think. It’s a good job.If it is a bad day I am going to do my homework after school, but if it is a good day I’ll go to the music school in Vordingborg to play music with my friends. I simply just love music and all kinds of it. Rock is the best genre, which I also play in a band called “Poltergejst”. I play the bass. We have played together for about three years soon so we get plenty of jobs from places all around the country. It is just nice. I also play in a funk band called “Midnight Mood”. It is also a genre I like very much. One day I hope to get success with the rock band and live the rest of my life as a millionaire. It would be nice, but maybe it’s only dreams unfortunately. No matter what I love music, which was also the reason I chose the music class at my high school. I have had a girlfriend for one and a half years now. Her name is Annika and I’m quite fond of her. We are together every weekend, which I look forward to all the other days of the week. I like spending my time and being together with her, but it doesn’t mean I haven’t other friends. Now I’m just enjoying my teenage life before it’s too late together with her.I look forward to soon meeting the exchange family I’m going to stay with, in France. I hope it will be a good way to learn about another nationality and to exercise my command of English, which will be good for me. I have big expectations to the trip.
